摘 要:以长沙土建工程挖方黏土就地利用为目标,研究了胶凝材料(水泥)加入量、土砂比、水灰比对免烧砖性能的影响。结果表明,该土建工程挖方黏土主要由石英、高岭石、碳酸钙矿物组成,以该黏土为填充料,细砂为骨料,水泥为胶凝材料,制成的免烧砖力学性能可达到《非烧结垃圾尾矿砖》中MU20等级;免烧砖中水泥的最佳加入量为17.72%;土砂比为2.33时免烧砖抗压强度达到最大值;水灰比控制在0.86时,免烧砖的抗压、抗折强度最高,性能最好。Aimed at locally utilizing the clay of civil engineering in Hunan area, the paper mainly researched on the effects of cementing material(cement) addition, soil-sand ratio and water- cement ratio on the performance of non-fired bricks. Results show that use the clay of civil engineering in Changsha which mainly consists of quartz, calcium carbonate and kaolin as the filling material and the sand as aggregate, cement as cementing material, the mechanical performance of non-fired bricks can achieve the MU20 grade of" Non-fired rubbish gangue brick ". The optimum cement addition is 17.72%; the maximum compressive strength of non-fired bricks is realized when the soil-sand ratio is 2.33; and when the water- cement ratio is controlled as 0.86, the compressive strength and the flexural strength are the highest and the non-fired bricks have the best performance.
