摘 要:采用小锥角水力旋流器对阜新紫砂陶土原料提纯,经Φ150 mm水力旋流器一次分级,溢流进入Φ75 mm水力旋流器二次提纯,并对原料和提纯后产品进行化学成分、粒度和扫描电镜分析.结果表明,提纯后产品主要有益组分氧化铝、氧化铁含量分别提高2.48百分点、2.03百分点,紫砂陶土的阳离子交换能力得到提高;二氧化硅、氧化钙含量分别降低2.71百分点、2.92百分点,品位比对值提高7.43百分点;层状黏土粒度为6.52~20 μm,显著改善紫砂陶土工艺性质和工艺性能.Fuxin purple sand syderolite raw material were concentrated by small angle hydrocyclone. The raw material was first purified through Ф 150 mm hydrocyclone, and the overflow was feed into Ф75 mm hydrocyclone for the second purification, the raw material and purified products were analysed, including chemical composition, grain size and scanning electron microscopy analysis. Final result shows that the content of main beneficial components Al2O3 and Fe2O3 increases respectively by percentage of 2.48 and 2.03, and the cation exchange capacity can be improved; SiO2 and CaO content decreases by percentage of 2.71 and 2.92, and the grade comparison value increases by percentage of 7.43. Size analysis indicates that laminar clay particle size is 6.52-20 μm. The technological property and processing properties of purple sand syderolite, as the high quality ceramic raw material can be improved.
