摘  要:获得作物的营养状况,对于作物的精确定量施肥具有重要意义。本研究通过扫描仪对3个不同品种水稻叶片进行透射扫描、正面扫描、反面扫描,利用C#编程获得其颜色特征中的R、G、B分量后,对其与水稻叶片含氮量作相关分析,结果表明,顶1叶在各种扫描方式下获得的颜色信息与水稻叶片含氮量均无显著相关,顶2叶与顶4叶透射扫描方式获得的R、G颜色分量与水稻叶片含氮量的相关性最高,达显著水平,背面扫描方式获得的颜色分量与水稻叶片含氮量的相关性次之。结果可为水稻氮素营养无损快速诊断提供参考。To learn the nutrition situation of crop is very essential for precise fertilization .In this study , through the transmission scanning ,front scanning and rear scanning of blades of 3 different rice varieties of rice the color characteristics of R ,G,B values were obtained by using C#programming.The linear correlation analy-sis method was applied to analyse the relationship between those R ,G,B values and the total rice leaf nitrogen contents .The result showed that as far as the top 1 leaf of all the three rice varieties is concerned ,the leaf nitro-gen content and various color characteristic values acquired from the three scanning methods had no significant correlation.The R,G values acquired from transmission scanning of the top 2 leaf and top 4 leaf were closely related with the nitrogen content ( reaching a significant level ) ,and the values from rear scanning was less re-lated.The result may provide the reference for fast diagnosis of rice nitrogen .
