摘 要:研究钼镉胁迫下对山羊肝功能及肝组织病理学变化的影响。选用27只健康波尔山羊随机分成3组,每组9只,选用钼酸铵[(NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O]、氯化镉(CdCl2)作为实验钼源、镉源。对照组(实验Ⅰ组)口服实验组平均剂量去离子水,实验Ⅱ组、实验Ⅲ组于每天定时定量灌服Cd 1 mg/kg(BW),同时再分别灌服Mo 15 mg/kg(BW)和Mo 45 mg/kg(BW)每组3个重复。实验50 d,于第0、10、20、30、40、50天采血和第0、25、50天每组各剖杀3只山羊分别取肝组织进行相关实验。结果表明:与对照组比较,实验组血清ALB含量下降(P<0.05);血清AST活性在实验期内随着实验时间的延长呈上升趋势(P<0.05);ALT在实验期内呈先升高后下降趋势。光学组织切片观察实验Ⅱ组、实验Ⅲ组肝细胞出现肿胀变性,胞浆内出现大小不一的空泡,实验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组损伤程度随实验时间和钼镉剂量增加而加剧;实验Ⅲ组第50天超微结构观察:细胞变性坏死,线粒体减少肿胀空泡化严重;结果提示:在镉胁迫状态下,钼剂量的升高可促进山羊肝功能损伤,并加剧山羊肝脏病理学损伤程度。This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of molybdenum on function of liver and pathologic lesion in goat under the stress .27 healthy goats were divided into the following three groups random-ly,CdCl2 and [(NH4)6Mo7O24· 4H2O] were selected as the source of cadmium and molybdenum .The goats of the control group ( no additional Mo and Cd ) ,the experimental ⅡandⅢgroups were drenched with Mo 15 mg/kg(BW) and Mo 45 mg/kg(BW) each day respectively,and both the experimental groups were drenched with Cd 1 mg/kg( BW) each day as well ,the experimental period was 50 days,blood samples were collected on the 0 day,the10th day,the 20th day,the 30th day,the 40th day and the 50th day;liver samples were obtained on the 0 day,the 25th day and the 50th day by killing 3 goats from each group respectively .In result,compared with those of the control group ,the serum ALB in the experimental groups decreased significantly ( P〈0.05);with the increasing of the experimental days ,the activities of AST decreased significantly ( P〈0.05);the activi-ties of ALT showed a tend of rise then reduce in the experimental period .Through the observation of hepatic pathological slices in the Mo-Cd group of the experimental groups ,the cells of liver showed swell and the inter-cellular space blurred with haemorrhage ,and vacuoles of different sizes appeared within the cytoplasm ,the se-verity of injury in experimental Ⅱ,Ⅲgroups was accelerated by the increase of time and dose of Mo-Cd;The observation of the ultrastructure of the experimental Ⅲgroup on the 50th day showed degeneration and necrosis of nucleus,swell,reduction and vacuolation of mitochondria .The results obtained above indicated that dose of molybdenum accelerated strain on the function of liver , and resulted in aggregated pathology damage of liver under the stress of cadmium .
