基于AHP和熵权法的县域耕地整理潜力评价

摘　　要：在构建区域耕地整理潜力评价指标体系的基础上,综合运用层次分析法(AHP)、熵权法和综合评价法,对泽州县耕地整理潜力进行定量评价。结果表明:自然潜力是耕地整理潜力的主要组成部分,而现实潜力是耕地整理现实可行性的重要表征。耕地整理数量潜力、质量潜力和耕地整理资金保障水平是耕地整理潜力的主导影响因素;同时对外交通便利状况、基础设施配套状况、耕地整理积极性和耕地整理生态潜力在耕地整理潜力中也占有重要的地位。研究结果为耕地整理潜力分区和耕地整理时序安排提供技术参考,为科学编制县级土地整治专项规划、安排土地整治项目提供重要依据。By building regional arable land consolidation potential evaluation index system ,the Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP）,entropy weight method and the comprehensive evaluation method are combined in Zezhou cultivated land consolidation potential for quantitative evaluation .The results show that：The natural po-tential of cultivated land consolidation is a major component of the arable land consolidation potential ,while the realistic potential of cultivated land consolidation is the important characterization ofland readjustment feasibili -ty.The number of cultivated land consolidation potential ,the quality of potential arable land consolidation level of financial security are the dominant influence factors of cultivated land consolidation potential .Meanwhile ,the foreign convenient transportation conditions , infrastructure supporting conditions , cultivated land consolidation initiative and ecological potential also occupy an important position .The results of this study have an important guiding significance in finishing the potential partition of cultivated land and scheduling cultivated land consol -idation.The results also provide a scientific guide for compiling the land consolidation planning in county and arranging for land consolidation project .
