摘  要:对某共轨柴油机燃用国V柴油(简称D100)、丁醇-柴油混合燃料的CO2,CH4,N2O,SO2和醛类等非常规排放特性进行了研究.在未对原机做任何改动的情况下,分别燃用丁醇体积比为0,10%,20%,30%和50%的5种丁醇-柴油混合燃料,分析比较了不同丁醇-柴油配比对发动机非常规排放的影响.结果表明:共轨柴油机燃用丁醇-柴油混合燃料后,在外特性下,与D100相比,各掺混比的混合燃料CO2、N2O、醛类和SO2排放升高且均随着丁醇掺混比的增加呈升高趋势,CH4整体排放较低;在最大转矩转速1 400r·min-1和额定转速2 200r·min-1负荷特性下,与D100相比,随着负荷的增加,丁醇-柴油混合燃料CO2、N2O、醛类和SO2排放升高,CH4排放在1.0×10-6以内.Unregulated emissions of CO2, CH4, N2 O, SO2 and aldehydes were tested on a common rail China stage V diesel engine fueled with diesel (D100) and butanol-diesel blends. Without any modification to the engine, five different blends were tested to analyze the effect to unregulated emission by the ratio. The volume ratios of butanol were 0, 10%, 20%, 30% and 50% respectively. The results show that in comparison with D100, the blends' emission of CO2, N2 O, S02 and aldehydes increase and all of them present a trend of rise under the full load condition. With the ratio increasing, all of the fuels have a low emission of CH4. At the maximum torque speed 1 400 r · min -1 and rated speed 2 200r· min-1, theblends' emission of CO2, N2 O, SO2 and aldehydes increase with the increasing of the load,CI-L is below 1.0×10^- 6.
