摘  要:在校园浅水湖中以10、100、500、1000Ω外阻运行沉积型微生物燃料电池(Sediment microbial fuel cell,SMFC)180 d,考察了外阻对天然水体中SMFC产电性能和有机质去除率的影响.实验结果表明,运行180 d内,外阻为100Ω的SMFC体系(SMFC-100)的平均输出功率密度和有机质去除率最高,分别为3.40 mW·m-2和38%.短期运行(30 d)后,体系的内阻随着外阻增大而逐渐增大,分别为98.7、120.2、124.2、149.7Ω,但是SMFC-100体系的最大功率密度(Pmax)最高,为6.12 mW·m-2.长期运行(150 d)后,4个体系的内阻和Pmax均进一步增大,然而各体系的Pmax相差不大.Sediment microbial fuel cells ( SMFCs ) with different external resistances ( 10 Ω, 100 Ω, 500 Ω and 1000 Ω) were placed in a shallow lake to generate current for 180 days. The effect of external resistances on the performances of SMFCs and the removal efficiencies of organics in sediment were meticulously investigated in this paper. SMFC running under 100 Ω external resistance showed the highest average output power density and organics removal efficiency which were 3. 40 mW·m-2 and 38%, respectively. After short-term running ( 30 days ) , the internal resistances of the SMFCs were 98. 7 Ω,120. 2 Ω,124. 2 Ω and 149. 7 Ω, respectively, which rose with the increase of external resistances. Moreover, SMFC-100 exhibited the highest maximum output power density (Pmax), 6.12 mW·m-2. After long-term running (150 days), the internal resistances and Pmax of all the four SMFC further increased. However, the difference of Pmax between SMFCs with different external resistances was neglectable.
