耐碱玻璃纤维中ZrO_2和TiO_2对耐碱性能影响的探讨

摘　　要：通过对ZrO2、TiO2氧化物自身及不同含量的ZrO2、TiO2在玻璃中的耐碱性能进行试验研究,得出ZrO2、TiO2氧化物自身的耐碱性与ZrO2、TiO2在玻璃中的耐碱性是不一致的,TiO2自身的耐碱性能好并不代表其在玻璃中的耐碱性好。在玻璃中,其耐碱性是随着ZrO2含量的增加而提高,随着TiO2加入量的增加,其耐碱性的表现反而呈现下降的趋势。从节约原材料成本的角度出发,建议在以后的耐碱玻璃纤维生产中减少TiO2的用量或不用。Through the experiment on the alkali resistance of ZrO2and TiO2themselves and the alkali resistance of AR glass dictated by the content of ZrO2and TiO2in glass,it is concluded that the alkali resistance of ZrO2and TiO2themselves is not identical with that of ZrO2and TiO2in glass,that the good alkali resistance of TiO2does not mean good alkali resistance of it in glass,and that the alkali resistance of glass increases with the increase of ZrO2 content but tends to decrease with the increase of TiO2content. From the viewpoint of reducing the cost of raw materials,it is suggested that less or no TiO2should be used in futural production of AR glass fibers.
