摘　　要：介绍了玻璃全电熔窑的设计原理,着重提出玻璃的导电性能、炉型设计、烤窑时间的设计思路。对生产调试过程中变压器、窑炉温度、液位、通路温度的选择遇到的问题做了进一步研究与调试,结合实际运行作业的情况,对流液洞的设计,喷枪、变压器的选型,加料的方式,液位的控制提出改进的意见。The principles for designing an all-electric furnace for producing high performance E-glass fibers are presented,with focal consideration on the electric conductivity of glass,furnace shape and furnace heating-up time. The problems found in the course of furnace commisioning,including the controls of transformers,furnace temperature,molten glass level and forehearth temperature,are further studied. Finally,some opinions on the design of throat,selection of burners and transformers,method of batch charging and control of molten glass level are proposed.
