摘　　要：论述了目前我国社会资本举办的医疗机构呈现规模小、市场份额低、财务压力大、社会信任度低等特点,其设立和发展受到法律政策、卫生监管、服务价格和医疗保险等外部因素制约。The article described some characteristics of private medical institutions,such as small scale,low market share,high financial pressure and low trust by the public. The establishment and development of private medical institutions are restricted by policies,health supervision,service price and medical insurance.
