摘　　要：机构知识库是开放获取运动的一个重要部分,是机构知识管理的有力工具。现从机构知识库的存缴、功能定位以及建设方式等方面介绍了国内机构知识库发展的基本状况;结合高校实际情况分析了高校知识库建设面临的主要问题,给出了对高校知识库建设的建议。Institutional repository is an important part of the open access movement and a powerful tool for the management ofthe institutional knowledge. This paper introduces the basic situation of development of the domestic institutional repository from the aspects of institutional repository deposit payment, functional positioning and construction methods firstly, and then analyzes the main problems faced by the construction of university institutional repository combined with the actual situation of universities. Finally, a proposal for the construction of university institutional repository is proposed.
