摘　　要：科技期刊的学术质量评价,除了作者的学术稿件质量外,编辑对稿件的编修质量,也是影响科技期刊学术质量评价的重要因素之一。笔者从事科技期刊稿件编修工作几十年,在编修过程中对稿件的学术质量控制深有感受。现分别从稿件编修的原则、方法、内容,以及在编修过程中应注意的问题等几个方面,来阐述稿件编修过程中的学术质量控制,以提高科技期刊的学术质量。Evaluation of the academic quality of scientific and technical journals, in addition to the quality of the content itself, the quality of compiling the scientific manuscripts is one of the vital factors affecting the quality of the academic assessment of the scientific journals. The authors have been engaged in the modification work of the scientific journals for decades, and possessed great experiences as well as distinctive insights of the quality control during the revise process. This paper aims to illustrate how to control and improve the academic quality of the manuscripts from several aspects, including the principles, methods, content, and problems need to be noticed in the course of edit and amendments.
