摘 要:孔雀石绿是一种具有致癌致畸作用的环境污染物。从武昌理工学院污水处理厂的活性污泥中分离得到一株可降解孔雀石绿的细菌,命名为MG-1。生理生化试验分析初步鉴定该菌为肺炎克雷伯氏菌(Klebsiella pneumoniae),进一步的序列分析显示该菌16S rDNA与肺炎克雷伯氏菌MBR11菌株的16S rDNA一致性达99%,进一步证明该菌为肺炎克雷伯氏菌。试验证实肺炎克雷伯氏菌具有降解孔雀石绿的特性,其降解机理还有待于做进一步研究。Malachite Green is a type of environmental pollutant inducing cancer and abnormality. A bacterium with the capability of degrading malachite green was isolated from the sludge sample collected from wastewater system of Wuchang university of Technology and designated as strain MG-1. According to the physiological-biochemical characteristics, it was preliminarily identified as Klebsiella pneumoniae. The 16S rDNA sequence analysis revealed that it has 99% homology with Klebsiella pneumoniae strain MBR11. All the data indicated that it was a Klebsiella pneumoniae stain. A further study is needed to explore the degradation mechanism.
