南温泉废水综合利用微生物含量测定

摘　　要：通过对重庆市南温泉池水、废水井废水、换热器出口废水、排出口废水样本应用传统微生物培养法检测其中细菌(菌落总数、总大肠菌群和粪大肠菌群),并根据客流量设定试验时间,讨论微生物含量与客流量之间存在的关系。结果表明,洗浴废水中总大肠菌群数量超标,不符合各种综合利用标准和排放标准,应将其进行消毒处理后用于各种用途。总大肠菌群和粪大肠菌群的数目与客流量呈正比关系。The microorganisms such as total bacterial count, total coliform and fecal coliform in the samples from pool water, wastewater in wastewater well, heat exchanger outlet and exhaust outlet of south hot spring were investigated by traditional microbiological cultivation. The relationship between the content of microoganisms and passenger flow were analyzed. The results showed that the total coliform number in bath wastewater were more than the standard and not accord with the standards of comprehensive utilization and emissions. It should be disinfected before utilization. The total number of coliform and fecal coliform were positively correlated with passenger flow.
