摘 要:试验研究了离体培养条件下,不同浓度NaCl对巴西榕(Ficus elastica‘Variegata’)组培苗生长的影响,以找出最适宜巴西榕茎段组织增殖的NaCl浓度。结果表明,巴西榕经0.02%NaCl处理后长势最好,生长指标测量值均高于对照组,达到最大;其丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量均随NaCl浓度升高而上升,增殖芽数、茎高、茎围、鲜重、干重、叶绿素含量和过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均随着NaCl浓度的升高呈先上升后下降的趋势。总体上NaCl浓度高于0.40%时,巴西榕的生长会受到抑制;高于0.80%时,巴西榕无法正常生长。The effects of different concentrations of NaCl(0%,0.02%,0.05%,0.10%,0.20%,0.40%,0.80%,1.20%) on the growth of Ficus elastica ‘Variegata' in vitro culture were studied to find out the most suitable NaCl concentration for stem tissue proliferation. The results showed that the plantlets of Ficus elastica ‘Variegata' treated by 0.02% NaCl grew well, The growth index values were higher than that of other treatments and reached to maximum. The physiological indicators such as MDA, soluble sugar and free proline content increased with the increase of NaCl concentration. The number of the adventitious shoots, seedling height, stem thickness, fresh weight, dry weight, chlorophyll content and the activity of catalase(CAT), peroxidase(POD), superoxide dismutase(SOD) all presented the trend of firstly increasing and then decreasing. When NaCl concentration was higher than 0.40%, the growth of Ficus elastica ‘Variegata' would be inhibited and could not grow normally when NaCl concentration higher than 0.80%.
