摘 要:为了解两栖动物冬眠期的生理特点,对雄性中华大蟾蜍(Bufo gargarizans)冬眠期和出眠初期的体重及部分内脏器官(肝脏、脾脏、肺脏、胰脏和脂肪体)进行了测定。结果表明,体重在冬眠期明显大于出眠初期,且差异显著(P<0.05);内脏器官指数中,肝脏指数、胰脏指数和脂肪体指数在冬眠期大于出眠初期,而肺脏指数和脾脏指数则小于出眠初期;各内脏器官指数在冬眠期和出眠初期差异均显著(P<0.05)。内脏器官指数的变化反映了内脏器官在冬眠期和出眠初期生理功能的变化。To understand the physiological characteristics of amphibian during hibernation, the body weight and partly internal organs(including liver, spleen, lung, pancreas and fat body) of male Bufo gargarizans were measured between hibernation and initial post-hibernation period. The results showed that the body weight during hibernation was significantly bigger than that of initial post-hibernation(P0.05). The indexes of liver, pancreas and fat body in hibernation were larger than those of initial post-hibernation period, but the indexes of lung and spleen were smaller. All difference were significant(P0.05). The changes of the organ indexes reflected the changes of the physiological characteristics of each internal organs between hibernation and initial post-hibernation.
