河北省县域农村文化产业发展模式与启示

摘　　要：阐述了农村文化产业的基本内涵,介绍了河北省农村文化产业发展的基础,通过分析蔚县、吴桥、武强、曲阳、宁晋5个县(市)文化产业发展基本模式,总结了县域农村文化产业发展的共同规律,为河北省县域农村文化产业繁荣发展提出了"规划与引导齐头并举、平台与队伍共同建设,保护与发展同步推进、传统与现代有机融合,观念与意识逐步转变、龙头与品牌共同创建,产业与事业共同繁荣、文化与文明相互促进"等对策建议。The fundamental connotation of rural culture was elaborated and the current situation of rural culture industry development from Hebei province was introduced. Through surveying and analyzing the development model of cultural industry from Weixian, Wuqiao, Wuqiang, Quyang and Ningjin counties, some common rules in bringing about the development of culture industry were summarized. To accelerate the development of county rural culture industry in Hebei province, measures including‘planning and guide has simultaneously, construction of platform with the team together,conservation and development simultaneously, traditional and modern organic fusion, concept and consciousness gradually change, bibcock and brand to create, industry and business prosperity, culture and civilization to promote each other＇ were put forward.
