摘 要:将处理过的废弃蟹壳在400℃、0.098 MPa下热解制备甲壳素生物炭质,对水体中的Pb2+进行吸附处理。应用红外吸收光谱技术表征生物炭质表面的功能基团,考察了吸附剂用量、Pb2+初始浓度、溶液pH和吸附时间对吸附性能的影响。结果表明,在溶液pH 5.5,吸附时间2 h,温度298 K条件下,0.15 g甲壳素生物炭质对100mL100 mg/L Pb2+溶液中Pb2+的去除效率达90.47%,平衡吸附量qe为60.30 mg/g。吸附反应符合准二级动力学方程(R2=0.998 1)。用Langmuir和Freundlich方程对吸附等温线进行拟合,发现Langmuir模型能更好地反映吸附过程特征。Low cost and environment-friendly chitin-char derived from the refused crab shell was evaluated under the condition of 400 ℃ and 0.098 MPa to remove Pb2+from an aqueous solution in a bath process. The functional groups on the surface of chitin-char were examined by FTIR technique. The effects of experimental parameters such as absorbent dose, pH, initial concentration and contact time on the adsorption were studied elaborately. It was found that when pH was 5.5 in 2 h with temperature of 298 K, the adsorption efficiency of 0.15 g chitin-char to remore Pb2+from 100 mL 100 mg/L Pb2+solution was 90.47%, with the balance adsorption capacity of 60.3 mg/g. Equilibrium studies accorded with the second order kinetic model(R2=0.998 1). The results indicated that equilibrium data fitted better into the Langmuir model than to the Freundlich equation.
