摘  要:以空间搭载的芹菜(Apium graveolens L.var.dulce DC.)种子为试验材料,研究了芹菜幼苗期丙二醛(MDA)、叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、脯氨酸(Pro)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性等生理指标的变化。结果表明,空间搭载的处理1、2、4叶片MDA含量有所增加,处理2、4与对照相比差异极显著(P<0.01);叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素(a+b)含量都高于对照,叶绿素a含量受空间射线影响较为明显;可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量均与对照差异不显著(P>0.05);处理1、2、4叶片的可溶性蛋白质含量低于对照;处理2、3、4叶片的SOD、POD、CAT活性较对照均有所增加。Taking seeds(Apium graveolens L. var. dulce DC.) by space flight as material, the changes of the chlorophyll, MDA, soluble sugar, soluble protein, proline, and antioxidantenzyme activities during seedling stage were studied. Results showed that MDA of treatment1, 2, and 4 by space flight had a higher level compared with the control, and the difference was extremely significant between treatment 2, 4 and CK(P0.01). Chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and chlorophyll were higher than those in the control. Chlorophyll a is sensitive to space-ray. Soluble sugar and proline were higher than those of the control. There were no significant differences between them(P0.05). Proline of treatment 1, 2 and 4 was lower than the control. Antioxidant enzyme activities of treatment 2, 3 and 4 during seedling stage increase comparing with CK.
