摘 要:以大别山1号油茶(Camellia oleifera Abe1.)容器苗为试验材料,研究在25、10、0和-10℃处理下,叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性以及可溶性糖含量的变化。结果表明,随着处理温度的降低,油茶幼苗叶片MDA含量和POD、CAT活性以及可溶性糖含量变化幅度逐渐增大。25℃处理下,随处理天数延长,油茶幼苗叶片MDA、可溶性糖含量及CAT、POD活性均无明显变化;10℃和0℃处理4 d后,MDA和可溶性糖含量与25℃处理下相比分别增加了85.81%、180.43%和32%、92%,随处理天数延长,CAT和POD活性呈下降趋势,CAT活性分别降低了33%和40%,POD活性则分别降低14%和47%;-10℃处理下,随处理天数延长,油茶幼苗叶片MDA含量急剧增加,增幅达319.47%,可溶性糖含量则先增加后停止增长,增幅为47%,而CAT和POD活性不断下降,降幅分别为90%和71%。遭受10~0℃范围内的低温胁迫处理,油茶幼苗尚能形成低温适应机制,以抵御低温对苗木带来的伤害;而遭受-10℃及以下低温处理时,油茶幼苗机体代谢机能则几乎失去平衡。Cold resistance of two years old seedlings of Dabieshan Camellia oleifera was studied through different low temperature stress. Taking container seedlings as experimental materials, the changes of malondialdehyde(MDA) content and activity of enzymes involving cell defense such as POD, CAT and the soluble sugar content in leaves of C. oleifera under different temperature stress at 25, 10, 0 and 10℃ were studied and analyzed. With the declining of temperature, the change of MDA content and activity of POD, CAT as well as soluble sugar content increased; MDA and soluble sugar content together with activity of CAT and POD did not show obvious change under 25 ℃; MDA and soluble sugar content increased under 10℃ and 0℃, and the value were 85.81%(10℃),180.43%(0 ℃) and 32%(10 ℃), 92%(0 ℃) respectively. When the activity of CAT and POD declined, the decreasing amplitude of CAT was 33%(10 ℃) and 40%(0 ℃) respectively and that of POD were 14%(10℃) and 47%(0℃) respectively. Under-10 ℃ stress, as the days of treatment grew, the MDA content rose sharply, the increasing rate reached 319.47%. The content of soluble sugar increased first and then stopped rising, and the increasing rate reached 47%. Activity of CAT and POD continued to decline and dropped into 90% and 71% respectively. physiological adaptive mechanism could still be formed to resist the injury in C. oleifera container seedlings under cold stress within the range of 10℃-0℃. However,-10 ℃ or even lower temperature stress lead to plant metabolism function unbalancing.
