摘  要:从2010、2011年中抽取15个批次的进口大米样品,用电热板加热消解样品,采用测汞仪对进口大米中痕量汞进行测定。结果表明,随机抽取的15份进口大米经制备后的样品溶液中的汞含量为3.123~4.246μg/L,其相对标准偏差为8.91%,该方法的检出限为0.020 21μg/L,精密度为1.39%,加标回收率为95.2%~99.2%。该方法用于大米中汞含量的日常检测具有良好的可行性和适用性。15 batches of imported rice were sampled in 2010,2011 years. The content of mercury in the samples was measured by Hg-instrument after the samples were digested with electric hot plate. Under the optimal condition, the content of mercury in sample solution was 3.123~4.246 μg/L, and relative standard deviation was 8.91%. The limitation of the detection was 0.020 21 μg/L, the precision was 1.39% and the recovery rate was 95.2%~99.2%. The method was feasible and applicable in the routine analysis of mercury in rice.
