湖北省农业产业化经营发展存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：近年来湖北省农业产业化经营发展迅猛,但与山东、江苏等先进地区相比仍存在一定差距。首先从4个方面分析当前湖北省农业产业化经营存在的突出问题,接着从困难和机遇两个方面对未来3～5年湖北省农业产业化经营发展面临的形势进行深入分析,最后提出了5个方面的政策建议,即实施＂巨人计划＂,打造一批在全国有显著影响力的农产品加工龙头企业;以农产品加工园区和示范基地为主要抓手,加快农产品加工业集群集聚发展;加快科技创新,提升农产品科技含量和附加值;强化品牌建设,增强农产品营销能力和市场竞争力;完善管理服务体系,健全推进机制。The agricultural industrialization in Hubei province was developed swiftly and violently. Compared with advanced provinces such as Shandong province and Jiangsu province gap is existed. The current prominent issues of agricultural industrialization in Hubei Province were analyzed. Thorough analyses were made on the circumstances facing the future 3-5 years for the agricultural industrialization in Hubei province from aspects of difficulty and opportunity. Advices including putting ＂Giant Plan＂ into practice, making a batch of agricultural product processing faucet enterprise having notable influence in the whole nation, taking the agricultural product processing park and the demonstrate base as the main grasper, accelerating the agricultural product processing concentration cluster; accelerating technological innovation and upgrading the level of science and technology in agricultural products; strengthening brand construction and increasing the agricultural products marketing ability and marketplace competition, making supervisory service system perfect and improving propulsion mechanism are proposed.
