摘　　要：近年来,专家学者们越来越关注两种养老保险制度并轨的问题,养老制度的改革迫在眉睫,国家应积极促进公务员与企业职工养老保险制度的并轨,同时坚持社会公平的原则,兼顾国家当前和长远的稳定发展,逐渐探索出两种制度顺利并轨的方式。这样养老保险制度才能健康有序的发展下去,才能更好地实现稳定社会的功能。In reeent years,experts and scholars pay more and more attention to the problem of two kinds of endowment insurance system, pension system reform is imminent,countries should actively promote the civil servants and enterprise system of worker endowment insurance system,at the same time,adhere to the principle of social justice,and current and long-term stable development of both countries,gradually explore two systems smoothly and axle.Such a healthy and orderly development of old-age insurance system to bottom go to ,to betler achieve the function of social stability.
