摘  要:确定千日红(Gomphrena gliobosa.L)挥发油的最佳提取工艺,并分析其化学成分。采用微波辅助萃取法从千日红中提取挥发油,以挥发油提取率为指标,考察萃取时间、液料比、微波功率等影响因素,采用正交试验法优化千日红挥发油提取工艺。通过气相色谱-质谱法对千日红挥发油进行分析,用归一化法测定挥发油成分的百分含量,再用Wiley和Nist05标准谱库解析挥发油成分的结构。千日红挥发油最佳提取工艺:料液比为1∶14,萃取时间为5 h,微波功率为700 W,此工艺条件下,挥发油提取率达1.34%。共鉴定了33种成分,占挥发油总成分的98.19%。为进一步开发利用千日红提供科学依据。To optimize extraction process of volatile oil from flower of Gomphrena globosa and to analyze its chemical compositions, the essential oils were extracted from Gomphrena globosa by microwave-assisted extraction(MAE). Distillation time, solid-liquid ratio, microwave power were investigated with extraction ratio of volatile oil. Extraction technology of volatile oil from flower of Gomphrena globosa was optimized by orthogonal test. Chemical compositions of the volatile oil were analysed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). The amount of the components from the essential oil were determined through normalization method. The essential oils were identified with Wiley and Nist05 mass spectrum atlas. Optimal extraction process of volatile oil was as follows: solid-liquid ratio 1∶14 and distillation time 4 h. Under optimal extraction conditions, yield of volatile oil was 1.34%. There were 33 components composing of about 98.19% of the total essentials separated and identified from Gomphrena globosa. by MAE. The study will provide scientific basis for the further exploration and utilization of Gomphrena globosa.
