摘  要:比较微波消解法和灰化法处理对洛龙党参(Codonopsis pilosula)中金属元素含量测定的差别。采用原子吸收光谱法对采自贵州遵义道真仡佬族苗族自治县的野生党参、鲜党参、4个栽培党参中几种金属元素(Pb、Cd、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ca、Fe、Cr)含量进行了测定。结果表明,在6份样品中,重金属元素含量符合《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》中的规定,样品中Ca元素充分,富含微量元素Zn、Mn、Fe和Cr。党参的生长条件对其金属元素含量几乎无明显影响。微波消解法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高。Analysis was performed on the contents of metallic elements in 6 different growing Codonopsis pilosula by microwave digestion method and dry-ashing digestion method. The metallic elements of Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn, Mn, Ca, Fe, Cr in samples were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS). The results of comparing the applicability and the differences between the two methods showed that heavy metal content was in accordance with the stipulation of the Green Trade Standards of Importing Medicinal Plants. Ca was full and trace elements Zn, Mn, Fe and Cr were rich in the samples. The cultivation method of Codonopsis pilosula on the metal content had no significant effect. The method of microwave digestion method was simple, rapid, accurate. There was high sensitivity between two methods of sample preparation.
