摘  要:近年来随着我国各级医院医疗水平不断发展,医院对医学生培养要求也不断提高。临床实习阶段是培养医师最为关键的阶段。同济大学附属东方医院肾内科不断探究新形势下医学生的培养模式,将框架式教学代替传统教学模式及PBL教学模式,探索适合该科的临床教学模式,旨在最终培养出"能看病,看好病"的明日医师。With the development of medical care,medical student training request also enhanced constantly.Since clinical practice is the most important stage in doctor training,the teachers in nephrology department of Tongji University affiliated East Hospital explored new patterns of medical student training and substituted Frame Based Learning for traditional teaching method and Problem Based Learning so as to find a fitting pattern for clinical teaching in our department and make future doctors have the ability to serve patients and cure them.
