摘　　要：临床病理住院医师的规范化培训具有独特的专业特点,其培训过程与考核体系均应根据本专业的特点设置和执行。培训过程中应对受训人员做好专业思想教育,加强病理诊断基本功的训练,同时安排相应的系列讲座、及病例讨论,并与日常考核相联系,帮助受训人员完成培训任务并成为合格的病理医师。The clinical pathology resident standardization training with unique professional features, the training process and the evaluation system should be based on the professional characteristics.In the process of training to trainees of the clinical pathology resident standardization training should do professional thought education,strengthen the basic pathological diagnosis skills training,at the same time,the corresponding series of lectures and case discussion,and linked to daily assessment and examination system will be helpful to the trainees successfully completed training tasks become qualified pathologist.
