大白菜核基因雄性不育源筛选鉴定  

Screening and Identification for Breeding Genic Male Sterile Materials in Chinese Cabbage

摘  要:以引进的8个大白菜F1杂交种为试材,对这些材料及其自交后代进行育性鉴定。结果表明,5个F1试材表现出性状分离,3个F1试材全为可育株,其中青绿王的自交后代F2中有5个株系可育株与不育株表现出性状分离,2个株系全为可育株。根据大白菜"复等位基因遗传假说"设计遗传方案鉴定3∶1分离株系含有复等位不育基因Ms和恢复基因Msf;F2的全可育株系含有复等位保持基因。采用人工授粉进行兄妹交、自交、杂交,分别获得雄性不育两用系、临时保持系和不育株率100%的不育系,为进一步研究利用该不育源奠定材料基础。Eight F1 hybrids of Chinese cabbage were used as test materials, the fertility identification found that there were 5 materials expressing fertility separation and 100% fertile plants in the other 3 materials. Selfing was applied to the 3 materials with 100% fertile plants. Among the F2 system, there were 5 F2 systems expressed sterile plants in 7 F2 systems of "Qinglvwang". The genetic method was designed based on "Multiple Allele Hypothesis of Chinese Cabbage" to identify male sterile allele "Ms" and restorer allele "Msf" in 5 F2 lines in which the fertility segregated ratio of fertile and sterile plants was 3: 1 and maintainer allele "ms" in 2 fertile F2 lines. Manual pollination was applied to sib- ling, selfing and crossing and genetic male sterile "AB" line, temporary maintainer line and genic male sterile lines with 100% sterile plants were obtained, which will provide material foundation for further studying and utilizing the male sterile source.
