摘 要:以8个云南主栽油菜品种为亲本配制56个完全双列杂交组合,通过对其全株角果数,角果粒数、千粒重、单株产量分别进行配合力和杂种优势分析,表明这4个性状都有不同程度的正向杂种优势,亲本一般配合力大小顺序为花油3号、花油9号>花油7号>花油8号>花油5号>花油6号>花油早熟1号>云双油2号,综合一般配合力、特殊配合力和反交效应得到组合"花油7号×花油9号"的利用价值最高。相关分析表明,对单株产量影响较大的产量性状依次是全株角果数,角果粒数和千粒重,特殊配合力效应值与杂种优势的相关性比一般配合力效应值与杂种优势更紧密。因此,在进行甘蓝型油菜杂交亲本组配时应优先考虑杂交组合全株角果数的特殊配合力。Fifty-six complete diallel cross combinations were obtained using eight Yunnan main Brassi- ca napus L. varieties. The heterosis and combining ability of siliques per plant, seeds per silique, 1 000-seed weight and yield per plant were analyzed respectively. The results showed that the four characters at different degrees displayed positive heterosis. The general combining ability of eight par- ents in descending order was Huayou 3, Huayou 9, Huayou 7, Huayou 8, Huayou 5, Huayou 6, Huayou Zaoshu 1 , Yun Shuangyou 2, the combination Huayou 7 x Huayou 9 had the highest utiliza- tion value by comprehensively considering general combining ability, special combining ability and the reciprocal cross effect. The siliques per plant had the largest effect on yield, followed by seeds per si- lique and 1 000-seed weight. The correlation between special combining ability (SCA) value and het- erosis was closer than that between the general combining ability (GCA) value and heterosis. There- fore, the siliques per plant of special combining ability of hybrid combinations should be considered preferentially when parent combination carried out.
