摘 要:通过盆栽试验,研究了4个镉质量分数(0,50,100,200,400 mg/kg)对续断菊镉富集特征、2个时期(30,90d)叶片可溶性蛋白、丙二醛含量,以及POD,CAT,T-AOC活性的影响.结果表明:随着镉添加量的增加,植株体内的镉含量显著增加(P<0.05),地上部含量为6.02 ~ 415.73 mg/kg,地下部含量为4.37 ~524.76 mg/kg;富集系数均大于1,转移系数除镉质量分数为400 mg/kg外均大于1.随着镉处理质量分数的增加,两个时期可溶性蛋白含量先增后降,MDA含量显著上升,升幅分别为53.52%~131.60%,47.55%~ 387.23%.镉胁迫下续断菊叶片POD,CAT,T-AOC酶活性先增后降,两个时期POD活性均在200mg/kg镉处理时最大,比对照显著增加了195.94%和76.75%;CAT活性最大值30 d时比对照上升了33.48%,90d比对照上升了377.18%;2个时期T-AOC活性变化不大,均在100 mg/kg镉处理时最大,分别比对照显著上升了87.38%和108.08%.由此可知,续断菊能够通过调节抗氧化酶活性来提高对镉污染的适应,其中POD发挥了主要作用.Pot experiments were carried out to study the effects of cadmium levels (0,50,100,200,400 mg/kg) on the Cd enrichment characteristics,the contents of soluble protein and MDA,activities of POD,CAT and T-AOC in leaves of Sonchus asper L.Hill in different stages (the 30th day and the 90th day).The result showed that:with the increasing of cadmium concentration,the contents of Cd in the shoots and roots of S.asper increased significantly (P 〈 0.05),those in the shoots were 6.02 ~415.73 mg/kg,and in the roots were 4.37 ~ 524.76 mg/kg.Enrichment coefficients all were greater than 1,and the transfer factors were all greater than 1 except when soil Cd content was 400 mg/kg.With the increasing of Cd,the contents of soluble protein reduced after first increase,and the contents of MDA increased remarkably,increasing by 53.52% ~ 131.60% and 47.55% ~387.23% in different stages.The effects of Cd on the three kinds of antioxidative enzymes in leaves of S.asper were sig nificantly different.With the increasing of Cd,the activities of POD reduced after first increase,and reached maximum when soil Cd content was 200 mg/kg,and increased by 195.94% and 76.75% comparing with the control in two stage.The maximum activity of CAT could increase by 33.48% comparing with the control in the 30th,and increased by 377.18% in the 90th.The activities of TAOC had a little change in two stage,both of them reached maximum when soil Cd content was 100 mg/kg,and significantly increased by 87.38% and 108.08% compared with the control.It can be seen that S.asper could adjust its activities of antioxidative enzymes to improve the ecological adaptability to Cd stress,among which POD had played the central role.
