三种药物对孔雀鱼的急性毒性试验

摘　　要：用高锰酸钾、孔雀石绿和亚甲基兰三种药物对孔雀鱼开展急性毒性试验,并记录了它们在24h、48h、72h和96h出现的中毒症状和死亡数。结果显示:三种药物的96hLC50分别为1.27mg/L,0.73mg/L和273.5mg/L;三种药物的SC分别为0.13mg/L,0.07mg/L和23.75mg/L。相比较而言,亚甲基蓝是最安全和理想的治疗药物。In the acute toxicity testings of three drugs in the guppy fish Poecilia reticulate,the toxicitysymptom and the amount of death shows that, the 96 h half lethal dose of Potassium permanganate,Malachite green and Methylene Blue in Guppy is 1.27 rag/L, 0.73 mg/L and 273.5 mg/L respective-ly. Safety concentrations of the above three drugs are 0.13 mg/L,0.07 mg/L and 23.75 mg/L respec-tively. Thus,methylene blue is the safest among the three druds for guppy.
