摘　　要：针对国内配电网整体负载率不高及负载不均衡的现象,文章首先给出配电网运行负载率模型,从配电网联络优化、配电网故障处理、负荷控制、分布式电源、微电网调控、电动汽车充换电控制、配电网无功优化6个方面给出具体提高方法和措施,并通过全局优化调度实现,具有一定的现实意义。In view of the low load rate and the load imbalance in domestic distribution network,this paper gives the distribution network load rate model and specific improvement method and measures,from 6 aspects,such as the distribution network optimization,the distribution network fault processing,load control,distributed power generation, micro grid control,electric vehicle charging control,distribution network reactive power optimization,and the global optimization scheduling implementation has certain practical significance.
