摘　　要：结合中国石油所进行的油气管道SCADA系统软件国产化项目的研发过程,对油气管道SCADA系统软件应支持的调控业务进行了功能规划和设计,并结合SCADA系统软件的架构,给出了调控业务应用的接入方法。调控业务应用实现了对油气管道调控各项业务的全面支撑,将简单、直接地现场采集数据按照调度业务的需要进行分析、计算,使调度操作人员在准确掌握管道调控业务现状的情况下进行相应的业务操作,提高了油气管道调控的准确性和及时性。This paper combined with China petroleum pipeline conducted SCADA software localization project development process,on the oil gas pipeline SCADA system software should support operations of the regulation of business in the functional planning and design,combined with the SCADA system software architecture,the access methods of the regulation of business functions are given. Regulation of business applications achieve the full support of oil and gas regulatory,the simple and direct field data collected in accordance with the schedule needs to analyze,calculate,in the case of the dispatch operator to accurately grasp the pipeline scheduling operations corresponding operational,it improves the regulation of the business of oil gas pipelines accurate and timely.
