陆川油茶种质资源评价与优良单株筛选

摘　　要：对广西陆川、上思、凭祥和宁明县筛选的陆川油茶(Camellia vietnamensis)优良林分的果实产量及经济性状进行了调查分析,结果表明:官山村、那荡村、马垌村及鸿鸪分场实生林分果实产量不高,分别为3 610.06、4 577.29、5 905.70和7 670.59 kg/hm2,折算产油126.97、123.35、188.90和371.67 kg/hm2;4片优良林分果实油脂组成与岑溪软枝油茶差异不大,油酸、亚油酸等不饱和脂肪酸的总含量均超过了85%,且油酸与亚油酸比例接近10∶1;陆川油茶实生林分中单株间存在较大差异,折算后单株最高产油量和鲜出籽率可分别达2 410.08 kg/hm2和52.16%,表明了陆川油茶具有较大的改良价值。依据单株果实产量或主要经济性状,初步筛选了12个优良单株。Fruit yield and economic characters of C. vietnamensis superior stands selected from Luchuan, Shangsi,Pingxiang,and Ningming County in Guangxi were investigated and analyzed. The results showed that fruit yield was not high in Guanshan,Nadang,Madong villages and Honggu field separation seedling stand,reaching 3 610. 06,4 577. 29,5 905. 70 and 7 670. 59 kg / hm^2respectively,converted into oil reaching 126. 97,123. 35,188. 90 and 371. 67 kg / hm^2respectively. The fatty acid composition of four superior stands had little difference with Cenxi Soft-branch Camellia oleifera,and the total content of unsaturated fatty acids including oleic acid,linoleic acid and etc. was all above 85%,among which the proportion of oleic acid and linoleic acid was about 10∶ 1. There was a very significant difference between individuals in C. vietnamensis seedling stand. The highest oil production and fresh seeds rate per plant could be up to 2 410. 08 kg / hm2and 52. 16% respectively after the discount,which showed that C. vietnamensis had great improvement value. According to single plant fruit yield or major economic characters,12 superior individuals were selected preliminarily.
