摘 要:为了研究6BA和赤霉素对2-3年生的油茶(Camellia oleifera)采穗圃生长发育及内源激素的影响,于生理分化期对其进行4种浓度的喷施,采用细胞分裂素免疫分析法测定穗条的内源激素含量,结果显示:不同浓度的2种外源激素均能促进油茶穗条的营养生长,其中500 mg/L的6-BA对油茶穗条生长和有效叶芽个数有显著的促进作用,但随着浓度的升高影响效果递减;2 000 mg/L的赤霉素对穗条长度的促进效果最好,有效叶芽个数也有显著增加。2种激素对穗条粗生长的促进作用不显著。2种激素在不同程度上促进或抑制了油茶穗条的生殖生长,1 500 mg/L的6-BA可以显著促进花芽的分化,而浓度为500 mg/L时有抑制花芽分化的作用;赤霉素浓度为1 500 mg/L时可促进花芽分化、抑制穗条生长,浓度为500、1 000、2 000 mg/L时对植株的花芽芽分化有一定的抑制,但未达到显著水平。花芽的孕育与ABA/GA、ABA/IAA、ZR的平衡与综合作用密切相关。In order to study effects of 6BA and gibberellin on scion growth and endogenous hormones of 2-3 years Camellia cutting orchard,four kinds of concentration were sprayed in the period of Camellia physiological differentiation. The way of cytokinins immune analysis was used to determine endogenous hormone content of scions. The results showed that different concentration of two exogenous hormones could promote vegetative growth of scions,among which 500 mg / L 6-BA had significant effect on promoting scions growth and the number of effective buds,but the effect declined with the increasing of concentration. 2 000 mg / L gibberellin promoted scions length with the best effect. In addition,the number of effective buds also increased significantly. Effects of two kinds of hormones were not significant on promoting scions coarseness growth,but they promoted or inhibited reproductive growth of scions in different degrees. 1 500 mg / L 6-BA could significantly promote flower bud differentiation,while 500 mg / L 6-BA inhibited it. 1 500 mg / L gibberellin could promote flower bud differentiation and inhibit scions growth. Concentration of 500 mg / L,1 000 mg / L and 2 000 mg / L had certain inhibition in flower bud differentiation,but not reaching significant level. The flower bud pregnant was closely related to the balance and comprehensive effect of ABA / GA,ABA / IAA and ZR.
