摘 要:对广西大新县不同立地条件下植被样方进行调查与研究,分析丰富度指数Margalef(R)、ShannonWeiner指数(H)、simpson多样性指数(D)、Pielou均匀度指数,结合SPSS18.0方差分析,结果表明:该地区物种数均为西北坡>东北坡缓坡>南坡陡坡,乔木层和灌木层的Heip指数趋势为西北坡>东北坡缓坡>南坡陡坡,而草本层的Heip指数,没有明显变化。不同坡位坡度的草本层的物种数和Shannon-Wiener指数差异不显著(P>0.05),乔木层南坡陡坡带的物种数和Shannon-Wiener指数的差异比较显著(P<0.05),而南坡坡陡坡的乔木层Heip指数差异极显著(P<0.001),东北坡缓坡带的灌木层Heip指数差异极显著(P<0.001)。这说明坡位坡度对于物种多样性有着明显的影响。Based on the investigation and research on vegetation quadrat at different site conditions in Daxin county of Guangxi province,ard analysis of abundance index Margalef( R),Shannon-Weiner index( H),simpson diversity index( D) and Pielou evenness index,and variance analysis by SPSS18. 0, the results showed that the order of species number was northwest slope the northeast gentle slope southern steep slope. Likewise,the trend of Heip index of tree layer and shrub layer of slopes was similar to the species number. But the Heip index of herb layer was almost the same in these slopes. The species numbers of herb layer and Shannon-Wiener index didn 't change obviously in different grades( P 0. 05). But the difference of species numbers and Shannon-Wiener index in the zone of southern steep slope was significant( P 0. 05). Meanwhile,the differences of Heip index of both tree layer in southern steep slope and shrub layer northeast gentle slope were more significant( P 0. 001). As a result,it was concluded that the position and grade of slopes had an obvious impact on species diversity.
