摘 要:为探索固氮菌、解磷菌和解钾菌对桉树苗木的协同促进作用,用固氮菌、解磷菌和解钾菌按不同比例混合接种巨尾桉(Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla)广林9号无性系苗木进行育苗。结果显示,这些菌株混合液接种都能促进桉树苗木的生长。以固氮菌为主的组合(固氮菌:解磷菌:解钾菌=10∶1∶1),促生效果最好的是N6-1-1组合,苗高、地径分别比对照增加了56.41%和64.27%,同时高径比比对照减少0.39。以解磷菌为主的组合(固氮菌:解磷菌:解钾菌=1∶10∶1),生长效果最好的组合是1-P2-1,苗高、地径分别比对照增加了41.46%和45.71%,高径比比对照CK减少0.24。以解钾菌为主的组合(固氮菌:解磷菌:解钾菌=1∶1∶10),生长效果最好的是1-1-K1处理,苗木的苗高、地径分别比对照增加了29.07%和31.58%,高径比比对照减少0.16。In order to search the cooperation and promotion of nitrogen fixing bacteria,phosphorus bacteria,and potassium bacteria to seedlings of Eucalyptus,cultivating test of seedlings from Eucalyptus grandis × E. urophylla GLGU9 clone was made by inoculated PGPB mixed liquids which were mixed by different proportions with nitrogen fixing bacteria,phosphorus bacteria,and potassium bacteria. The results showed that the growth of all seedlings that inoculated PGPB mixed liquids was promoted. Among combinations in which nitrogen fixing bacteria predominates( nitrogen fixing bacteria∶ phosphorus bacteria∶ potassium bacteria = 10∶ 1∶ 1),the best effect was N6-1-1,with the seedling height and ground diameter increasing by 56. 41% and 64. 27% respectively than that of CK. The ratio of height and diameter decreased 0. 39 than that of CK. Among combinations in which phosphorus bacteria predominates( nitrogen fixing bacteria∶ phosphorus bacteria∶ potassium bacteria = 1∶ 10∶ 1),the best effect was 1-P2-1,with the seedling height and ground diameter increasing by 41. 46% and 45. 71% respectively than that of CK. The ratio of height and diameter decreased 0. 24 than that of CK. Among combinations in which potassium bacteria predominates( nitrogen fixing bacteria∶ phosphorus bacteria∶ potassium bacteria = 1∶ 1∶ 10), the best effect was 1-1-K1,with the seedling height and ground diameter increasing by 29. 07% and 31. 58% respectively than that of CK. The ratio of height and diameter decreased 0. 16 than that of CK.
