摘 要:为了更好的将油茶(Camellia oleifera)高干嫁接技术应用于生产,对嫁接口愈合后保湿袋的拆除时间以及接穗的促梢技术进行了研究,嫁接后150天的调查结果表明:嫁接75天拆除保湿袋嫁接芽的死亡率最低,仅为26.67%,嫁接后75~120天拆除保湿袋嫁接芽的死亡率、抽梢率和抽梢长度差异均不明显。使用6-ba进行喷施处理可显著提高接穗的抽梢,其中1 500 mg/L 6-ba喷施效果最明显,抽梢率从60.83%提升至77.78%,且抽梢长度和粗度均明显提高。In order to apply height grafting technology to production better,moisture bag removing date after graft union healing and the technology of promoting scion shooting were studied. After grafting for 150 days,results showed that the death rate of grated buds was the lowest after grafting for 75 days to remove moisture bag,with 26. 67%. The differences in the death rate of grated buds,the ratio of shooting and the length of shooting were not obvious after grafting 75 days to 120 days to remove moisture bag. Using 6-ba for spraying treatment could significantly improve the scion shooting,among which the effect was the most obvious when using 1 500 mg / L 6-ba to spray with the ratio of shooting increasing from 60. 83% to 77. 78%,and the length and coarseness of shooting improved significantly.
