摘　　要：电子浆料用银粉在银粉的诸多应用领域中占有重要地位,目前主要有片状银粉和球形银粉两大类。银粉的制备过程决定着其粒度、形貌等特征,本文阐述了片状银粉和球形银粉的制备工艺现状,并指明了未来的发展趋势。Silver powder of electronic paste, which mainly refers to the flaky silver powder and the spherical silver powder, plays an important role on the applications of silver powder. The silver particle＇s size and morphology are determined by the preparation process. The developing status and trend of the preparation methods of the two kinds of silver powders is described.
