摘  要:从构成单舰防空能力的要素出发,构建了单舰防空能力评估指标体系。采用层次分析法和专家组决策法相结合的方法对影响单舰防空能力的各因素权重进行计算,并利用模糊综合评判法对单舰的防空能力进行评估。以某驱逐舰为例,对其进行单舰防空能力评估。结果表明,该计算模型能够简单、快速、客观地给出水面舰艇的单舰防空能力。According to the content of single ship air defense capability,the evaluation index system of the single ship air defense is established.The weight of every element constructed single ship air defense is calculated by AHP method and the Delphi method.And single ship air defense capability is evaluated based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Taking destroyer as an example,single ship air defense capability of the destroyer is evaluated.The result shows that the single ship air defense capability can be evaluated briefly quickly and correctly by the calculated model.
