摘 要:针对恶劣服役环境下深海立管水下姿态的不确定性与铺管过程中立管的大变形易损特性,提出基于分布式光纤应变传感的深海立管姿态在线监测方法。采用空间曲线重构算法处理立管表面获取的光纤应变信息,构建了集传感技术、信息处理、可视化输出于一体的立管姿态监测系统,通过柔性模型立管对监测方法的有效性进行了验证。结果表明,本方法能够有效跟踪模型立管的姿态变化,特别是针对模拟铺管过程的可视化效果良好;姿态监测数据与实际几何形态比较吻合,适合作为深海立管长期健康监测与完整性管理的潜在技术手段。The shape of the deepwater riser is uncertain in a harsh environment,especially the large deformation characteristic during apipe-laying process.This paper proposed a distributed fiber optic strain sensing based method for on-line shape monitoring of deepwater riser.A type of spatial curve reconstruction algorithm has been utilized to handle the fiber strain obtained on the surface of risers.Thus,an on-line shape monitoring system has been constructed by integrating sensing technology,data process and visualized output.The effectiveness of the method is verified by flexible model riser tests.The test results show that the change of the actual shape can be tracked by this method and the measured data agree well with the actual geometric one.The visualization plays a good role on simulating the pipe-laying process.This study meets the long-term monitoring and the integrity management for deepwater risers potentially.
