摘 要:利用甘油包埋超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD),评价其在不同应用环境下于十二烷基苯磺酸钠(Sodium Dodecyl Benzene Sulfonate,SDBS)溶液中的稳定性.结果表明:甘油包埋的SOD在常温、低温及高温,以及不同pH环境下,其活力半衰期均明显高于未包埋SOD;高温、酸性或碱性环境加速SOD的失活程度,甘油包埋可明显延缓SOD活力的下降.紫外吸收分析表明,SOD在SDBS环境中的失活过程伴随着280 nm光吸收的上升,甘油包埋明显抑制了紫外吸收的上升,表明甘油具有稳定SOD蛋白在SDBS环境中的空间构象的作用.研究结果提示甘油包埋SOD应用于化妆品中的可能性.Superoxide Dismutase( SOD) was entrapped in glycerin and the stability of glycerin entrapment SOD in Sodium Dodecyl Benzene Sulfonate( SDBS) was evaluated in various application environments. The results showed that activity half-life of glycerin entrapment SOD was apparently higher than un-entrapment SOD in all the application conditions including ordinary temperatures,low temperature,neutral pH,and extreme pH. Inactivity of SOD could be accelerated either in higher temperature or in extreme pH; however,the acceleration of inactivity could be inhibited obviously when SOD was entrapped in glycerin. Analysis for the UV absorption indicated that the absorption in 280 nm( A280) increased in SDBS solution along with inactivity of SOD,and the increase of A280could be delayed by glycerin entrapment,which indicated the stability function of glycerin to protein structure and conformation of SOD under the application in SDBS. All the results indicated definitely that glycerin entrapment to SOD was effective significantly to improve the stability of SOD in specific SDBS environment,which showed the possibility for the application in cosmetic for glycerin entrapment SOD.
