摘　　要：载入《明史》的王宗沐不仅是一位清廉有政绩的官员,还是一位勤奋务实的学者。他为官重事功,重视教育、改革漕运、探索海运、关注民生;为文强调经世、资治。In terms of record in Ming History, Wang Zongmu was not only an honest official withachievements, but a diligent scholar. On his official work, he put stress on contribution, education, wa-ter transport reform and people＇s livelihood. On literary, he emphasized administer affairs and learningfrom history.
