摘  要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取红松松塔挥发油,考察了提取时间、料液比、浸泡时间、粉碎度对挥发油提取量的影响。通过正交实验确定最佳提取工艺条件为:提取时间5h、料液比1∶8(g∶mL)、浸泡时间1.5h、粉碎度80目,在此优化条件下,60g红松松塔挥发油提取量达0.28mL。Volatile oil was obtained from pine cone of Pinus koraiensis by steam distillation method.The effects of extraction time,solid-liquid ratio,soaking time and grinding degree on the extraction volume of volatile oil were investigated.The optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows:extraction time 5h,solidliquid ratio 1∶8(g∶mL),soaking time 1.5h,grinding degree 80eyelets.Under these optimal conditions,the extraction volume of volatile oil reached 0.28mL for 60g pine cone powder.
