摘　　要：目的:探索建立临床用血全程质量控制和管理标准,规范临床用血,确保临床用血安全、有效。方法:建立输血科标准化管理模式、输血回顾性标准评价模式、临床用血全程双层功能监管标准模式、临床安全合理用血管理标准模式,并进行整合应用。结果:规范了临床用血全过程的管理,节约血资源,保证临床输血的安全有效。结论:临床用血全程质量控制和管理安全标准的建立与应用,规范临床科学、合理用血,最大程度保证患者医疗安全,节约有限的血液资源。Objective： To explore and establish the quality control and management standards, to standardize the management of clinical transfusion and ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical transfusion.Method： The standardized management mode of transfusion department, the standardized evaluation mode of retrospective post-transfusion, the standardized regulatory mode of full bunk function in clinical blood using process and the standardized regulatory mode of rational and safe use of blood management were established and applied.Result： The management in clinical transfusion process was standardized, the blood resources was saved, and the safety and effectiveness of clinical transfusion was ensured. Conclusion： Establishment and application of quality control and safety standards in full clinical blood using process and scientific and rational use of blood using ensure medical safety and conserve the limited blood resources.
