摘　　要：目的:评价Bakri球囊填塞治疗产后出血的有效性。方法:回顾性分析2010年6月-2012年10月本院产后出血并应用Bakri球囊填塞治疗的患者18例,分析其总出血量、球囊充水量、球囊放置后出血量以及并发症等。结果:Bakri球囊填塞治疗产后出血的总有效率为77.8%。平均总出血量为1523 mL,平均球囊充水容积386 mL,平均继续出血量112 mL,所有患者均无并发症。结论:Bakri球囊填塞是产后出血的保守治疗方法,简单、有效、安全,可在其他手术治疗前优先考虑,以减少出血、稳定生命体征。Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness of intrauterine balloon tamponade in the treatment of post-partum haemorrhage.Method： A retrospective study of 18 patients who underwent Bakri balloon insertion after unsuccessful medical management of PPH were done.The total blood loss, the mean inflation volume, the blood loss after insertion and the comlications were analyzed.Result： The overall effectiveness was 77.8%.The mean blood loss was 1523 mL.The mean inflation volume was 386 mL.The mean blood loss after insertion was 112 mL.None of the cases developed comlications.Conclusion： Bakri balloon tamponade is a conservative procedure in the treatment of PPH.It is simple, effective and safety. It shoud be considered before further surgical interventions to reduce the blood loss and stable the vital signs.
