摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法,对普通高校太极拳教学中太极拳理论及文化内涵和教学内容的重要性进行分析。太极拳教学中太极拳理论文化意识的学习,有利于大学生提高对太极拳的认识境界和习练水平。从而达到太极拳教学目标,提高教学效果,同时对提高太极拳教学有一定的重要性。The paper is based on the research methods of literature and combination with years of teaching experience, analyzses the importance of Taiji＇s theory and cultural awareness and teaching contents of college Taiji elective course, discusses the learning of Taiji cultural in teaching, which is useful to help students improve cognition realm and practicing level on Taiji. Thereby, the study is to achieve the goal of teaching and improve the effect of teaching. At the same time, the study has a certain significance to improve the teaching of Taijiquan.
