摘 要:针对螺旋钻具在松软煤层中钻孔时,由于钻杆过重、煤质松软而引起孔壁被压裂塌孔的现象,研究螺旋钻杆轻量化设计。根据理论分析及黔西北林华矿现场试验,建立塌孔抱钻、卡钻等极端工况下基于ANSYS的螺旋钻杆有限元模型,对螺旋钻杆进行目标驱动轻量化设计,得到芯管内径最优值。In view of the phenomenon that pore wall was fracture and even collapse for the drill pipe is overweight and the coal is soft,when the drilling tools drilled in the soft and out burst coal seam, research lightweight design of spiral drill pipe. Based on the theoretical analysis and field tests in Northwestern Guizhou Linhua coal,established finite element model of spiral drill pipe based on the ANSYS in the extreme conditions,such as hold drill as sloughing hole,pipe-stuck and so on,applied goal driven lightweight design to spiral drill pipe, obtained the core pipe inner optimal value.
