摘　　要：准确计算刮板输送机驱动负载是部件可靠性研究的基础。以散体力学理论为基础对刮板输送机运输负载进行数值计算;采集刮板输送机空载地面运行试验与矿井下驱动电机电流数据,分析刮板输送机负载变化,完善刮板输送机负载计算理论。Accurate calculation of the driving load for scraper conveyor is the basis to verify the reliability for parts. Based on the mechanics of granular media theory, the transport load for scraper conveyor is calculated. To analysis the transport load, electics currents for driving motor was collected and analyzed when scraper conveyor was non-load on ground and in mine with load. The research perfacts the theory of driving load for scraper conveyor.
