摘　　要：带式输送机张紧装置是带式输送机重要组成部分,液压张紧装置具有安全性好,结构紧凑,自动调压以及低成本的特点。利用PLC技术与传统的液压张紧技术相结合构成了新型带式输送机全自动液压张紧装置,重点论述全自动液压张紧装置的组成、工作原理以及系统控制过程。Belt conveyor tensioning device is an important part of belt conveyor. There are many advantages such as high safety, compact structure, automatic voltage and low cost in hydraulic tensioning device. Combined the PLC tecnology and the traditional hydraulic tensioning device, the new new belt conveyor of automatic hydraulic tensioning device is born. This paper focuses on it composition and work principle and system control process.
